The Roots of My Offerings...
My offerings are rooted in the knowing that healing, clarity, and purpose emerge naturally as we remember how to listen to and trust our own Inner Authority.
My path as a guide was catalyzed at an early age and continues to evolve as I learn and grow. The journey began with horses in the world of show jumping where I rode and competed at an International level as well as coaching clients.
After living in secrecy with bulimia, alcohol and drug abuse for the majority of my life, in 2018, life took a radical turn when I was initiated onto my journey of addiction alchemy and integration.
This experience invited, potentially demanded, me to question everything I thought I knew and to shed the stories and beliefs that had been keeping me imprisoned.
After realizing that a conventional approach to recovery would not be in alignment, I set out on a unique path toward individuation.
Supported by the logical framework of Human Design which was woven together with more esoteric modalities such as plant medicine and various forms of energy work, the judgmental and moralistic outlook that had once governed my life was slowly burned down and alchemized into one rooted in awareness, curiosity, and playfulness.
In 2020, I was invited to work for a psychedelic startup as their first full-time Integration Coach, Experience Guide, and Integration Circle Facilitator. In tandem, I dove deeply into the study of Human Design and the realms of frequency, both experientially and academically.
As my personal journey of integration deepened, so too did the authentic desire and availability to guide others in a more personal way. Invitations naturally arose to offer guidance using Human Design as a framework, allowing me to transition out of the corporate world for good.
In 2021 while working deeply with plant medicine, I sold all of my belongings and spent the next 3.5 years traveling in Central and South America. I knew I needed to get to the source of the feelings of scarcity and displacement I felt in my being and walk the path of healing - making whole.
During this time I came home to myself - realizing that home is first a state of being.
I hold a profound love and appreciation for the many ways life, including humanity, expresses itself. My guidance is grounded in organicity and curiosity, with a present and non-violent approach to becoming.
I know that each of us is inherently unique and am deeply curious about what the world might be if more of us were empowered to express unabashedly as ourselves.
I'm a human, helping other humans feel more at ease in their humanness.
In sessions together, Human Design is used as a framework to speak to you in your own language - directly to your energetic truth.
It is not used as a rule system or pathology that seeks to force outcomes or define you, but as a way to support awareness of your energetic truth as you cultivate connection and trust with your own inner authority.
Fun facts: I feel most at home by the river, surrounded by flowers, trees, birds, and bees—and my love language is nourishment. Start any sentence with “I’m curious to get to the source of…” and you’ll immediately have my attention.
My Human Design Foundation
I began studying and experimenting with Human Design in May of 2020. I completed Living Your Design, Rave ABCs, and Rave Cartography with Amy Lee and John Cole of the Human Design Collective.
I am trained as an Analyst through IHDS (International Human Design School), completing six of the seven semesters. This includes: Connections, Cycles and Incarnation Cross (Purpose).
It did not feel authentic for me to enroll in the final semester, which consists solely of the exam, so I have chosen not to complete it as of now.
Alongside these accredited foundational trainings, I have also completed several continuing education courses through Jovian Archive and IHDS including: Rave Cosmology, Family Practice Analysis, and Variable/Substructure.
Another impactful immersive study was a year-long experimental practicum with a group of Projectors in the Human Design experiment known as The Art of Seeing.
While I value the depth and precision of the system, what draws me most is the lived experience of it. Experimenting with the material and noticing how it settles, moves, and takes root in each body over time is really where the juice is.
